Baboo is a growing Geneva based airline with a network of 23 European destinations. As part of the expansion plan, the company extended its fleet (Dash8 Q400, EMB 190), therefore we are actively seeking to complete our dynamic Commercial team with a:
Yield Intern
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Start date: As soon as possible
You will be part of the team responsible for setting the optimal fares and seat allocations in order to optimize the revenue.
In this role, you will be in charge of the creation of a price performance indicator.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze prices and sales;
- Detect blocking prices for each route;
- Develop and test a price performance indicator
Requirements:
- Economics Degree (statistics a plus)
- Computer literate - good knowledge of scripts, excel, access, Visual Basic
- Fluent in French & English
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent analytical skills

JUNIOR IT HELPDESK (TRAINEE) | ||||||||||

Baboo is a growing Geneva based airline with a network of 23 European destinations. As part of the expansion plan, the company extended its fleet (Dash8 Q400, EMB 190), therefore we are actively seeking to complete our dynamic IT team with a: Junior IT Helpdesk (Trainee)
Start date: June 2009
Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Main responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 technical support
- Answer to incoming requests: resolve users problems and escalate to higher level when needed
- Update IT database
- Make full Information System inventory
- Manage various IT administrative tasks
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Good technical understanding of IT (ideally IT diploma)
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills and decision making ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn
