Baboo is a Geneva based airline with a network of 23 European destinations. As part of our expansion plans, we are actively seeking to complete our dynamic Sales team with a :sales Manager, Eastern Europe In this role you will be responsible for promoting the "Baboo experience & values" in online countries of Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria), developing and maximizing international sales by promoting sales activities through efficient support to GSA, according to the company goals and strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze the local market (competitor's capacity / pricing, structure of the distribution, marketing / media, etc…) - Design, collect, analyze RFP for potential Baboo GSA and make recommendation - Assist the GSA in developing and implementing Sales and Marketing plans - Co-ordinate the implementation of the technical support (Sabre) to the GSA. - Checking on invoices and groups bookings related to the GSA. - Communication company update to the GSA on a regular basis. - Visit the Trade and Corporate Key Accounts. - Implement adapted incentive program for the travel trade. - Conclude corporate agreement with Key Corporate players. - Develop Abos and group sales - Maintain and develop business relationship with travel chains HQ. - Analyze and report the travel trade sales performance. - Analyze and take adequate measures to improve directionality - Represent Flybaboo at major trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor degree - IATA / Travel agent diploma - Min. 7 years experience in the travel industry - Previous work experience for an airline GSA or a IATA airline - Understands the Travel industry, GSA services, sales processes and complex technical issue and processes. - Advance knowledge of MS office, and at least 1 GDS. - Fluent in Russian and English. French and other Eastern Europe languages would be an asset. - Excellent presentation and education - Organizational skills and ability to work independently - Proven communication skills including tact and diplomacy - Goal oriented - Can effectively communicate and apply the organization's mission, vision & strategic goals - Team player - Willing to work in Eastern Europe with regular travels into the area and to Geneva HQ
