Baboo is a Geneva based airline with a network of 23 European destinations.
As part of our expansion plans, the company is actively seeking to
complete its dynamic Operations team with a Crew Planner In this role you will be responsible for the creation, updating and
maintenance of the crew planning (roster). Main responsibilities: - Plan and assign the roster (flight schedule) of the flight/cabin
crews in order to secure consistent flight distribution without conflict
in assignment and ensure that the crew roster is in compliance with the
duty time regulations.
- Plan the flight operations picket in order to ensure proper
coverage and response to sudden operational problems when they occur.
- Maintain and update flight crew files describing the accurate
picture of the technical and health status in order to respect the
validity of the various checks and courses.
Profile: - CFC or similar
- 2years experience in Roster management in aviation
- Fluent French & English, other languages a plus
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Results and customer oriented
