Previous Management Experience with Team leading and budgeting.
Well familiar with all JAR-OPS 1 / JAR 145 & EASA documentation.
Dash 8 qualified & Jar 66 licensed being a plus.

Excellent English (read, speak and write)
Managerial & communication skills.

Major Responsibilities :

- Supervise and order the work activities of the contracted JAR-145 (JAR-OPS 1, Subpart M).
- Closely cooperate with the COO/CEO for the production and aircraft usage for the new time tables.
- Arrange that the aircraft equipment (performance) complies with the type of operations.
- Assure compliance with all the requirements with the provision of the AOC.
- Manage and report to the Authorities (when necessary) the different type of reports & updated documentation.
- Edit and update the MME.
- Have the reliability program looked at very closely for better and optimized preventive maintenance.
- Maintain the stock of spares to the best Dispatch reliability / Budget radio as possible.
- Closely cooperate with the operation departments in case of irregularities.
- Ensure the functioning of the quality system within the Maintenance Departement.
- Documentation update (on board & on ground).
