When the Baboo Time was first launched in March 2004, the aim was to offer a guide of the latest trends and hippest addresses in the Geneva area for its residents as well as visitors.
Many issues later and a series of cutting-edge articles propelled Baboo Time to the definitive reference guide to trends, events, and places to go. The high-quality 80-page monthly publication is in French/English and covers the latest innovations, a thematic document per issue, a selection of events and exhibitions not to miss, as well as the latest of Baboo's news.
The Baboo Time can be read on board our flights. However, it is also available at newsstands as well as in the trendiest cafes, restaurants and spas of Geneva. By the way, a subscription will ensure its monthly delivery to your mailbox..
INTRODUCTION
Dear Customer,
The holiday season is over and it’s back to business as usual before winter approaches. For Baboo as for all airlines it is time to have a look at its network and to confirm its strategy after the dynamic growth of last spring in tripling fleet capacity.
It is a period of crisis but crises create opportunities. That is why we are launching five new routes: Bordeaux (5 times a week), Toulouse (6 times), Athens (5 times including one flight through Nice), Zagreb (twice), Bucharest (4 times). Traditional destinations are maintained: Florence and Naples, Valencia and Sofia, and Venice of course with flights to and from both Geneva and Nice. Three cities are served from Geneva by prime-time flights twice daily enabling same-day return trips from either end: Nice, Rome and Vienna. Our seasonal flights to St Tropez, Biarritz, Ibiza and Tangiers will resume in the spring.
On the other hand we are giving up on St Petersburg, trapped in a maze of red tape, as well as on Kiev. Both countries require costly investments aimed at the very long term. We have decided that is not for us and that our Geneva niche quality airline is better expending our energy on making our clients happy.
